The Project Manager/Estimator



leads and actively participates in the timely and profitable execution of individual projects as assigned by the Supervisor. He or she must understand and deliver all jobs on time, and within budget, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for this position has at least five years of increasingly responsible project management experience with supervisory/leadership responsibilities. Formal Project Management training and/or certification and previous experience with asbestos, water/fire/smoke damage, mold remediation and repair, and any other emergency/disaster recovery or repair is highly preferred. He or she has a valid and unrestricted driver's license, the appropriate math skills (calculations, geometry, etc.), and follows and enforces established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment. In addition, he or she has strong organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

Responsibilities:



Understands and delivers all jobs to satisfy customer expectations

Updates project data without delay in the company database and program systems as applicable

Ensures collection procedures are followed

Schedules technicians and sub-contractors

Maintains client relationships and cooperates with Business Development to achieve direct referrals

Ensures safety compliance and organization of all job sites

Contacts customers and sets appointments

Assesses safety and health risks/exposure

Conducts first meeting, writes scope, takes photos, etc.

Prepares estimate and presents in professional manner to owner/insurer

Closes sale, involving appropriate colleagues when critical to sale

Prepares job schedule, budget, and materials list and delivers schedule to client.

Delivers or sends billing and follows up with adjuster/owner

Works with the Project Coordinators (PC) and Controller to collect payments

Maintains adjuster and customer contact throughout the project and manages expectations

Collaborates with the Business Development staff to enhance relationships

Participates in PM on call rotation

Qualifications :



Bachelor's degree in a related field or workplace equivalent

Five years of increasingly responsible project management experience

Experience in supervising and managing staff

Project Management certification a plus

Experience with water/fire/smoke damage, mold remediation and repair, and any other emergency/disaster recovery or repair is highly preferred

Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, staff, vendors, and others

Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer and internet skills

Excellent math skills

Safety and customer service oriented

Willing to participate in on-call rotation and other after hours and weekend work as needed

Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record

The Restoration Technician



provides emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to residential and commercial clients following assigned work orders and all company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED and previous experience with asbestos/water/fire/smoke damage, mold remediation and repair, and any other emergency/disaster recovery or repair is highly preferred. He or she has a valid and unrestricted driver's license, the appropriate math skills (calculations, geometry, etc.), and follows established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner

Maintains strict attention to detail when working at customers property

Participates in on-call rotation and other after hours and weekend work as needed

Participates in all training as needed/required

Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies

Follows all safety policies and procedures

Completes and scan all worksheets into the data base

Completes any reports or logs

Qualifications :



Must have Alberta Asbestos Ticket

High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred

Experience with water/fire/smoke damage, mold remediation and repair, and any other emergency/disaster recovery or repair is highly preferred

Safety and customer service oriented

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Experience using a variety of hand and power tools

Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed

Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record

Willing to participate in on-call rotation and other after hours and weekend work as needed

Account Executive



The Account Executive reports to the Branch or Regional Manager and develops new and maintains existing relationships and sources of work for the company to achieve sales goals set with Management.

The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED (degree preferred), some previous experience in a customer service or sales role, and previous experience with water/fire/smoke damage, mold remediation and repair, and any other emergency/disaster recovery or repair is highly preferred. He or she has a valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record, proficient computer skills (including Microsoft Office Suite), and strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

Responsibilities :



Develops timely activity plans with goals in cooperation with the Management team

Keeps all contact information and notes current in the company database

Works with Project Managers to effectively use all sources for leads

Manages and attends area marketing events

Participates in the weekly marketing conference call

Uses customer surveys in marketing activities

Helps maintain the Marketing Handbook up-to-date

Contributes ideas and helps develop marketing material

Achieves the goals set in the marketing plans for activity and business sold from contacts

Cold calls on potential jobs relating to our field of work

Maintains a constant record of acquired business existing and new Spends the majority of personal working time out of the office networking/calling on customers

Stays active in local associations and network groups

Qualifications :

Previous customer service or related experience preferred

HR Manager



The Human Resources Manager reports to the President and manages all HR processes in the company relating to hiring, terminations and employee evaluations.

The ideal candidate for this position has a four year degree and previous experience in Human Resource management and the recruitment field. Previous knowledge of the restoration industry is a plus. He or she has a valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record, proficient computer skills (including Microsoft Office Suite), and strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
